The Ventures
Sports & Recreation

Adult dodgeball leagues, tournaments, open gyms, and youth programs in the Twin Cities. Built from the ground up on the belief that adults still deserve to play, and that sport is one of the fastest ways to build real community. 400+ players and growing. It also runs on LaceUp, the league and tournament platform we built for ourselves and now offer to other organizers.

Who's Behind This

I'm Anh. Born in Saigon, raised in Massachusetts, now building in Minnesota. Growing up as the kid of Vietnamese immigrants, I learned early that belonging isn't something that just happens. It's something you build, intentionally, for the people who don't already have it.

I'm a queer entrepreneur running multiple businesses alongside a full-time day job. Everything I build starts with the same question: does this make the right people feel like they belong? Not everyone belongs in every community, and that's okay. The goal is finding your people, not collecting everyone.

My dream is for people to say, "That's where I found my people" and then go build their own.
